Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using TailOne.

Definitions

• Application means the TailOne web or mobile application provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as either "TailOne", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to TailOne, Inc.
• Service refers to the Application and related services that enable users to connect, coordinate, and consolidate private jet travel.
• Account means a unique account created by You to access the Service.
• You means the individual using the Service, or the company or entity on whose behalf such individual uses the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of TailOne. By accessing or using TailOne, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TailOne. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You meet this requirement.

TailOne is a coordination and information-sharing platform only. TailOne does not own, operate, or manage aircraft and is not a direct air carrier. All actual travel services are provided by third-party operators and members, and TailOne is not responsible for flight safety, compliance, or execution of travel.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of TailOne are available only with a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update subscription pricing with prior notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

User Accounts

When You create an account, You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activity under Your Account.

As part of account setup and security, You may be required to provide a valid phone number. TailOne uses phone numbers solely for account verification, fraud prevention, and authentication purposes. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing.

User Content

You may post or share content (e.g., trip requests, messages) through TailOne. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of this content. You may not post false flight availability, fraudulent information, or misuse TailOne for spam or solicitation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailOne shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, losses, or injuries arising out of travel arrangements made between users or with third-party operators. Our liability is limited to the amount You paid to TailOne in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of TailOne after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
